Since 1956, Jimmy's Broadway Automotive in Tucson, AZ has established itself in the community as the auto care authority for service, maintenance and performance.
With a staff of highly trained and experienced ASE Certified Technicians, Jimmy's Broadway provides expert vehicle computer diagnostic services as well as complete auto repair ranging from engine and transmission replacement to wheel alignment and brake system service.

Jimmy's Broadway is a AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility. Jimmy's Broadway is also an active member of the Automotive Service Association (ASA) of Arizona, the state’s leading trade organization for automotive service and repair shops that adhere to a stringent Code of Ethics.
The Jimmy's Broadway staff is proud of the legendary service provided every day to its customers and is pleased to be an environmentally conscious repair facility that cares about the work environment as well as proper handling of hazardous materials and the recycling of used products.

Jimmy's History
Family Owned and Operated Since 1956
Jimmy's Broadway Automotive was founded by Jimmy McDowell on April 1, 1956. It was originally located at Sixth Street and Tucson Boulevard, in the middle of the Sam Hughes neighborhood, as a small service station and auto repair facility. His policy over the years has always been to do a quality repair job at a fair price. He has taught his grandson, David, the true value of customer service, the way it was back in 1956.
We have carried on this tradition and have modernized it to take care of today's customers. They are just as deserving of first class customer service today as their parents and grandparents were back then.

We work hard to provide an enjoyable working atmosphere and pay our technicians good wages and not commission. We want their number one focus to be on fixing our customers’ vehicles, taking the time that is needed to do the job right, the first time.

Community Service
We Care Because We Live Here Too!
We believe in giving back and helping each other to make our communities stronger. We have a great sense of pride in our wonderful Tucson community and want to take a small part in helping to make it even better!
One of the ways that we have found and enjoy doing is by serving as a year round drop-off point for the Community Food Bank. If you would like to donate non-perishable food items, you can drop them off at our facility during business hours. We have a special bin in our waiting room for just this purpose.
We also support many community organizations with their fundraisers. We supply door and raffle prizes and auction items for their events. If we can help your special community causes, contact us at manager@jimmysbroadway.com.

We Value Our Women Customers
We give all of our women customers a free flower as a small token of our thanks and appreciation for their business. We also give out very special flowers at Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Inglis Florist provides all of our flowers.

Jimmy's Broadway has a 5 day work week – Monday through Friday.
Our shop has 8 working bays with 5 hoists - each Technician has 2-3 bays for their work area.
We also have the best equipment and resources available to assist our Technicians and Advisors to do their job at the highest possible level.
